The Class 50 Alliance holds the following data (within the meaning of the Data Protection Act) about its shareholders to allow it to communicate:

• Name
• Address
• Number of shares held
• Shareholder reference number

No other information is held. The above information will not be given or sold to third parties for any reason what so ever (unless demanded in properly formed written form by a UK legal entity entitled to demand such information).
